"SENIOR Living… Been here over 4 years now and love the quiet location. We have our own garden area with ample parking available. UPDATE: Because of hurricane Ian we are now restricted on the things we put outside our units… NO flower pots of any kind/size, decorations except small figurines and I lost my flag! Can you imagine, a disabled American Veteran losing the flag!!! No longer recommending this place. Took them 9 months to do cleanup, not acceptable."
"Loved the neighborhood when I was in high school but sense then it’s gone down hill. If you want an HOA dictating your every move and going on power trips, This might be the neighborhood for you. The liberals run around offended about everything and reporting you for flying American flags, or trump 2024 flags. Go to south gulf cove if you enjoy freedom."
