"I stayed in an Airbnb in this building recently. This building is in a fantastic location within walking distance of numerous restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, and other shops. The Saturday farmers market is also a short walk away. Parking was plentiful. I felt safe here. The amenities offered at this building include a pool, fitness center, ping pong table, grilling area, sunset deck, and restricted access to the residential floors of the building."

"This place is just awesome. I have a 2br and its perfect. The amenities are wonderful, and the areas around the grounds are beautiful. The concept this place offers for entrepreneurs is not only ideal, but functional and it works. There is no over/micromanaging of the property, and I am treated with respect.The location is perfect and you just can't beat that or compromise if you want to be in downtown Sarasota. I came from another downtown bldg that was also very nice, but nearly 1k/mo more for a 1br w a den. I highly recommend!"
