"I have been living here in the Palms Of Sarasota for going on 9 years now. I am very fortunate to have a lovely home like this and even more fortunate a person like Maryse as my landlord as she has worked with me and helped me many times over the years. She has a good heart and is empathetic and understanding. She’s worked with me through hard times like the Covid pandemic and sets up nice things for all the tenants such as helping them with getting holiday dinners and things like that. The Palms of Sarasota is a nice quiet place to live and I believe she works very hard to keep it that way. I feel very blessed to live here."

"I've enjoyed living here. Management built out a backyard for us. They respond rather quickly to our concerns. The neighborhood is quiet. The only thing I would suggest is to purchase your own washer and dryer because the community ones are constantly in use."
