"These apartments are on the top 3 worst in Sarasota. The office workers don’t care about complaints and issues we report, all they say to us is call the police. When we call the police whenever theirs disturbances and illegal activity the cops just ride by but don’t bother to get off and or walk in and out of the parking lots or stairways to see for themselves. Phase 3 is bad the neighbors on the 2201 N Lemon building 1st floor & 2nd floor are the worst. Junkies sit on the stairs smoking weed all dayyyyyy long. Sell drugs to neighbors and bring in all the drug traffick in our neighborhood. The 2nd & 1st floor also has neighbors that are constantly fighting about drugs and other drama always arguing in the hallways. There is also some very annoying neighbor who plays loud speaker music throughout his apartment at all hours of the night 11:00pm till 4 am every week and no one says anything. There’s been constant fights on other side of the buildings with violent neighbors harassing one another pointing guns and jumping people luckily it took the office 3 months to finally kick some of them out. The pictures you see on one of the other persons reviews is not a lie trash is a big problem as well, disgusting which causes alot of crows to crowd our buildings and attracts stray cats and roaches in our building. My family weren’t aloud to visit me because we didn’t want them walking up the stairs to see drug dealers and drug users hanging out in the hallways and my child was not allowed to play outside. I noticed a lot of the good respectful neighbors that they had were moving or had moved recently and had enough of this circus. Thank god I moved out. We couldn’t even keep our maintenance people working here anymore as they quit after a month or 2. The maintenance people don’t care about the tenants trashing up the place they see them do it and all the illegal activity but don’t report it. People’s packages always got stolen too, I had to send mine to another address it’s pretty bad. If you plan on moving here or are thinking of applying DON’T‼️ Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else! This place is not a good place to raise your kids in and enjoy your living."

"Horrible management, not helpful at all. They speak down to people that have questions and need assistant with general information about units and the programs they work with. As the previous reviews, nothing has changed. Would not recommend this place to anyone, as they have zero integrity nor respect to most people that are not the same Race as them. 5 Thumbs down."

"People need to realize they have over 200 apartments and it's very difficult the way the economy is right now getting good maintenance staff. When I have an issue I will tell them it's important and if it's not I'll just say down the road is fine with me. Appreciate what this management does to make this a beautiful facilityI've had nothing but wonderful experiences when I run into the office for any reason there are always very courteous every one of them and the maintenance staff has been good although I know it's very difficult for them to find maintenance workers in this economy"

"Receptionist very rude tall skinny African American woman; nasty attitude; I mean I felt in my spirit that this woman was going to throw away my information given to her; just ugly hearted without a cause to be so; I wonder how many other people she has turned away or abused her little authority and denied their application meaning throwing it away. just because she is evil and wicked. Some people don't deserve to work over their fellow mankind. MAY SHE MEET WITH KARMA. QUICKLY."

"They don't fix anything me and my 8 year old Daughter has been living in mold from the ceiling down my wall because up stairs neighbors have a leak that is literally coming out my light switch. Dangerous.. for two was now I have lived in fear of the apartment catching on fire because of it. They still have not even came to look or fix anything. They are lazy and rude and need to be fired. They don't care about the tenants who live here period..unsafe and dangerous place to live."
