"We are a newly wed couple moving from Downtown Tampa, and we love the location for a future home. Julie has been so nice and attentive to our soon to be move! My only recommendation to the property is fixing the vintage lights outside that seem broken and the iron by the staircase which is oxidized; other than that, the place is charming!"
"Living at 3318 W De Leon was a great experience. The location is phenomenal. I was able to bike or walk to most places and was just two blocks down from The Patio bar and a few more from Hyde Park. Calling in for a maintenance issue was easy through Lamar's web portal and working with the apartment manager, Amy, was always a delight. She was easy to get a hold of and if she missed you, here assistant, Tracy, was always prompt to return a phone call or send an email. I will miss living at 3318 W. De Leon, but it was time for me to move on from my studio apartment. The experience was all that I hoped for and I would be delighted to work with Amy and her team again."
