Duval Park Apartments

"Called for a three bedroom over a month ago she told me she had apartments available by the time I got the application right back to her I guess a veteran beat me to the apartment so I didn’t get it and was placed on a waiting list when I wasn’t under the impression I will go on a waiting list they left me homeless do to thinking I was able to get an apartment had i knew veterans come before section 8 or any other Circumstance I wouldn’t have applied. you should only take veterans.. Update after calling i was number 1 on the list now im number 10 this is unfair housing practices and it needs to stop. I will be contacting fair housing and Cynthia tells so many lies its ridiculous"

"I don't live here but I am trying too get information on trying too. I have called several tines and left messages, I filled out the online application twice months ago and have not heard anything back. Does anyone know the average wait time to move in?"

"The property is maintained in an A grade. Management changes about ever 2 years but they seem to bring in another good candidate. Been here 8yrs. One of the first tenants. Not planning on moving any time soon. I love my community."

"John is a blessing! I reside at the sister property, Skyway Lofts, and experienced a problem with my personal items dropping down the trash chute. The on-call maintenance guy here at my place said he wouldn’t be able to offer assistance until the next day so I called the on-call maintenance at Duval Park and explained the situation. John pulled up in less than 10 minutes and retrieved my belongings from the trash area and was super polite and courteous. I didn’t expect for him to be able to help with my problem but it didn’t hurt to ask and I’m glad that I did. I can’t thank him enough!!! Duval Park is so lucky to have a dependable person like John!"

"With all due respect to the property management and the people who live at this location. While I was there visiting a friend that lives at this apartment complex. My heart went out to the people who live there because the unfortunate impression that I was being hit with. Could only be described as" the apartment complex That Time Forgot". As I was driving my friend to his apartment I noticed the closer we got the older and painful the buildings looked. Yet when I walked inside to his place I had to really comment on how nice it looks on the inside ( except for how run down his kitchen cabinets looked almost like they were found at the rundown end of a rummage sale). With a little TLC and elbow grease I would say this place could look like a true definition of luxury living."
