"If it's not the second floor, don't rent Fountaint Place, the apartment is violating the same rules that they gave me I'm still living here. I was thinking of renovating and it's not even worth it. My upstairs neighbor makes noise all day every day, I reported it with Tamy and 4 times with Patty and His answer was to play music so we can sleep during 10pm to 4am because i work at 5am which is not fair, there are rules and I pay rent to be calm in my apartment. the neighbors on my top do it on purpose they don't care about anything this will go further because people get tired of the same everyday all day."

"Recently has undergone a transition in local management. Carl is always so friendly and says hi to our little ones. He is always quick to make a repair when needed. He's not the only one, Patti the new property manager is so kind and nice to us and our girls! We live right near the office and she always greets our family with a genuine greeting and smile. She watched over the property during Hurricane Ian. Which was so comforting. We felt really secure. Even staying on property the entirety and brought her own grill to help residents out until power returned. Thank you Patti, Carl & Management!"

"now that I moved away, I can say that most people did not say hello or even look like they saw you. dumpster totally disgusting. manager kinda of rude telling me if I did not follow the rules, she would make sure I never got another rental that she would ruin my credit I'm 80 she talked to me like a child. nothing nice for me to say very happy to move even though I paid a month's rent and left the apartment empty. bye bye Tami"
