"Rent keeps going up Hallways are never cleaned & dirty Plants outside are dying due to neglect Property Manager lies about maintaining the property Water is supposed to be included in the rent & we are being charged for it & told we use too much water ???? We are supposed to be low income for seniors development??? Animitagtes and privileges are being taken away. Pest control isn't as available as it was Parts for our 45 yr. Old stove isn't free anymore We are not getting what is promised in our lease contract"

"Originally from PA, I moved here in 2018. I have never regretted it for a minute. The layout, grounds, trees, shrubbery, and apartments are well kept. The atmosphere is lovely and peaceful, the staff warm and attentive, and maintenance is excellent. The people look out for each other. I especially love our crane population that march on mornings below my deck on their way to the pond. Through this pandemic it has proven to be a safe environment to live due to our staff keeping us up on all safety procedures. When the transport bus arrives to take me to and from my Doctor visits, so many people on the bus comment on how beautiful the place is. Additionally my family and friends who live a distance away are very happy I landed here. My pup Piccolo loves it here too. He does argue with the cranes. They pay him no mind."
