"Crazy I've been reading the reviews here and I see how people say management is bad but if u go back to a year ago in reviews people were saying that the neighborhood is bad, now there trying to clean it up but aren't doing a good job at all from what I could tell .. people outside fighting and yelling."
"Please do not live here, they are cruel and nasty people to evict over fourty people for refusing pest control after hours. Or because they have children that are allergic to the spray. They evicted someone because they had a pot on the counter when pest control arrived. They evicted people for having a dog. They said a lady was messy her apartment had mold rust and bugs all over the place. People with children are being thrown out in the streets. They are painting over the mess and moving people in the apartments that people was evicted from. The manager has no heart. None of those evictions was related to past due money."
"Who ever wrote that this place is good ,nice, etc. Please those must be people that live there and have no choice or someone that works within the company. This place is dangerous for anyone especially if you don't live there. Stay out. It's dirty, and far more.."

"It's a low income public housing community overrun with meth crack and weedheads a high crime area with at least one murder a week if not as day. People are just trying to make it in life there but drugs and violence congregate in this low income high crime area"
