"I signed my lease and in 48 hours they wanted full rent no explanation no nothing I found out by the middle of the month after a rep in the office informed me after they placed a 3 day notice on the door and it was up. Where my kids and I DID NOT LIVE I advised them no one lives there I just got the key we aren’t moving in til the 23rd of October I do NOT have a section 8 voucher I work and pay my bills. I have yet to stay one night in the complex and they already telling me I owe 2 months rent I haven’t had the key for a full 30 days I signed my lease and got the key on 9/29/23 I only put in my kids bed frames and both shower curtains. No clothes no shoes no dressers no tv just nothing."

"Location is absolutely gorgeous, the outside look like a luxury complex, unfortunately everything stop being beautiful until you live there. I lived there for 4 year, and I can start by telling that's a very cheap construction, ac outlets very flimsy, cheap appliance, we never had a good heater. But the worst and what everybody complains is the noise from the apartments above you, unless you choose a third floor. The construction skip the 'sound proofing layer' so all those apartment from the first and second floor can heard everything, and I mean everything from your neighbor above you, so it become unbearable, and that is for both complex the no. 1 and the no. 2 Twins Lakes Estates. After 4 years we had enough. Prepare to pay a monthly charge of $60 for a washer and dryer, they will not removed them from the unit so you have to pay the fee. The administration are great people, now that owner of the building fired the past manager. Don't let the outside fool you there's nothing that the administration, the maintenance people, nor your neighbor above you can do, the constants noises will turn you crazy. You are advised."
