"wanted a bath tub in my suite but it was only a shower, pool is closed. breakfast is too basic and all microwaved my tv only half way works, only like 7 channels . my only complaints."

"The cleanliness issue is not a single instance problem. This place is either understaffed or lack some standard cleaning procedures. Had to request a new room as well because found a dozen of aunts crawling on top of AC unit and nightstand upon checking in. Lots of mold spots in shower and near the sink. The surface near and behind the soap dispenser was dirty but it was easy to wipe down. Visible hair in bathroom sink. There were water cup stains on desk and nightstand that were not wiped down. There was grease below the phone."

"It’s a studio suite style, kitchenette hotel. Excellent location, close to the highway. Not too shabby from what I could see. The carpet doesn’t look that bad in my room; I saw the other one star review and don’t really agree with that."

"Breakfast here is really poor. No waffle maker and no gluten free options, and a limited and repetitive selection of everything else. Just adding a waffle maker would greatly improve my stay."

"I recommend reviewing photos submitted by others as a reference to the current state of the rooms/hotel instead of the website. This is an older hotel. However, that is not an acceptable reason for the uncleanliness found throughout the rooms. Immediately upon entering I noticed the room had a strong, unmistakable smell of mildew/mold. Being paranoid, I search around the room to locate the source. What I find instead? Evidence that the rooms have not been deep cleaned… for a VERY long time. Dust coating the walls, ceilings, and under the bed. Stains all over the carpets and the walls. It seems that some cleaning is done at the surface level. But what of the food scattered under the bed? Ultimately I found the smell came from the air conditioning unit connected to the wall. It also should be noted the only ventilation duct in the entire room was a small one located in the bathroom. There was no fan to assist steam from the shower, just a small opened vent. The major problem I had with my stay is the alarming smells of mildew/mold. The hotel seems to seriously have problems with proper ventilation which leads to dust buildup and most importantly trapped humidity… favorable conditions for mildew/mold."
