"Complex is absolutely beautiful! Although I was only there for 4 months I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Brand new amenities and the staff is amazing. Jessica is the best and was super helpful with anything I needed help with. The rest of the staff is equally as great also from the leasing office to Leo and the maintenance team. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Just moved in a few days ago but everything so far has been good. There were a few maintenance issues in my unit on move in but Leo came and took care of all of it quickly he was great! The amenities are nice and everything is very clean. I worked with Ethan on the leasing process and on move in day and he was great. Move in was easy and quick."

"After researching and touring apartment communities in the downtown area, AVE Tampa Riverwalk emerged at the top of my list. Having lived at AVE for six months now, I know I made the right choice. Every resident I have met is enthusiastic about living here. The neighborhood is clean and safe, even though it is only a few blocks from the center of downtown. The apartments, amenities, and common areas have a tasteful, high-end feel. First-rate, imaginative resident events help make this place a sociable community where people greet each other and stop to chat. It is plain to see that the maintenance and property management team members like what they do. They know our names and our pets’ names. They treat us as though they themselves are personally responsible for the happiness of their guests, and perhaps that is because the property is managed by its ownership, not a third-party fee management company. The experience of living here does not feel transactional, and I think that can be credited to the team members being the prime movers of a business model that focuses on resident retention and doing what it takes to make living here a pleasure. One quality-of-life ingredient that positions AVE at the top is its exceptional location. Living close enough to the Riverwalk to walk it every day is a joy that never gets old, and I love that I can be standing at the water’s edge in a two-minute walk from my building. Only a couple of blocks away is Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, the crown jewel and centerpiece of the Riverwalk, and the gathering place for concerts, festivals, and general daily fun, games, and group exercise. I found a little slice of Paradise in the River Arts District, and I’m planning on staying put."
