"Don’t move here… if you have a choice, RUN!! This place is infested with termites and cockroaches! And I don’t mean regular amount either I mean a real infestation!! Not to mention that manager is HORRIBLE!! Completely unacceptable the way she treats her staff let alone the tenants! If this place ever gets bought out I really hope they get all new staff!!"
"If I can give less stars I would. I really hope the owners, management and whoever is in charge read this post. I’ve been here for 3 years and Sheila is by far the most confrontational, unprofessional person I have ever encountered. And she’s the MANAGER! The face of the property, the one who is suppose to be professional, level headed and nice. She has the most nastiest attitude! And it’s been that way since I moved in 3 years ago. No wonder it’s always new staff…I couldn’t imagine having to work with her everyday. She speaks to you like you’re less than, like she’s better than everyone. Always using profanity and very loud. You should see the way she comes beating on doors. Banging like she the police, being all loud yelling about an empty trash can. Rules need to be enforced and followed for sure but there’s a way to go about it. Theres no need to be rude, yelling and banging on my door about an empty trash can. It’s just unnecessary. Between the continuous new employees and these comments…I can’t imagine upper management are unaware with how nasty she to her tenants and staff. Maybe they just don’t care because the property is up for sell now. If you want to keep tenants and staff…. fix the MAIN problem, that nasty manager Sheila.."
"I moved in January of 2023, and please believe me and understand when I say DO NOT LIVE HERE! The issue I have is their bare minimum upkeep to the apartments and property. All around the outside of the apartment buildings are exposed wires (with an active charge. you can literally hear them buzzing) coming from the building, glass shards and trash all through out the apartment property. If you have a maintenance issue, you can half expect them to do nothing about your issue, or only halways fiz the problem. A few months back my kitchen light went out (when I moved in only one bulb was working) and I put in a maintenance request to get it fixed, and the maintenace man actually told me to go out to Home Depot/Lowe's and buy the bulbs myself ($15 a piece!!) and put in another maintenance request and then he'll come fix it... And that was the third and final time i put in a maintenance request due to the response of the maintenace crew EACH TIME. The walls and ceilings have bubbles and holes and were obviously cheaply patched up and painted over. The water heater cabinet was INFESTED with dead roaches and roach traps when I moved in, and I had to clean all of that out. I constantly clean my house with bleach, yet there are still roaches and pests coming out of the drains!! You pay for pest control regularly, but they only come when someone complains enough and all they do is spray the nasty water heater cabinet and leave. My boyfrined and I literally had to move all our appliances and clean the leftover food and debri that was left over from the last tenants when we first moved in. We even found old corroded letters, pictures and documents stuffed behind a drawer in our kitchen, and God only knows how long they were there! I was just recently charged $75.00 for having trash outside my door outside the hours of 6 pm - 8 pm, but I work 1-9pm and the valet trash has NOT been doing their job for the last WEEK (whole 6 going on 7 days now) , even though I pay my montly fee. But honestly, the worst part about this apartment is the Propety Manager, Sheila Perez. She has absolutely no people skills and shows no care or compassion for her tenants. One afternoon I lost my house key while walking my dog around the neighborhood, and I went to the office for help, and they made me wait over 40 minutes in the rain with my dog before they could open my front door for me. And her excuse was "she was waiting for the rain to stop"... while I was standing there soaked with my dog outside. Let me also point out that she had a covered golf cart sitting not even 20 feet away from the front door... yet she made me wait over 40 minutes for the rain to stop and for her to get in that same golf cart to do the same thing she could've done 40 minutes earlier. THAT INCIDENT IS JUST ONE OF THE MANY CRUEL THINGS SHE HAS DONE AND SAID TO HER TENANTS. Just read through the other reviews and see how much people "love" Ms. Perez. That woman is the manager of that propety, and probably why that place is poisoned the way it is. I understand we live in a rough neighborhood, but there is no need to be that nasty to people. Odin needs to get rid of her. Period. If you've read this far lol, let me emind you again DO NOT MOVE HERE!! At least while Ms. Perez is in charge..."
"I have lived here for a year this place gets no stars From me. The neighborhood is bad enough do not need management piling on. They charge you for everything you do is supposedly watch cameras and charge you for anything that could possibly find to get a light bulb change they charged me for a bulb first then come and change it they're management skills are very subpar and do not know how to communicate with people Sheila is the absolute worst recommend staying far from this person unless you have no other options I would not recommend staying here"
"Sheila the property manager is phenomenal. She is always so helpful. Applying and moving in was super easy and definitely industry standards for apartment applications. If anything they had ways to get in faster and were so helpful! I have lived here for 6 months and all the maintenance staff and security is nice too!! All the requests I have put in for fixing and maintenance have been done fast and fixed beyond expectations. Yes there is pest control because we live in Florida. Duh. They definitely care and do their best to accommodate everyone."
