"No hot water, lack of water pressure cricket infestation, no amenities for 3.5 months, paying for a package delivery service required by the complex that also doesn’t work, unreliable wifi, required paid parking for just a parking lot, a back door that doesn’t open, and a utility bill that has added about 100$ every month (with no explanation) all for a bargain price of $1,000 + ! Attempted armed burglaries and car break ins, but don’t worry, ASPEN is focused on enforcing the night time pool restriction ! Thinking about asking management for help? Prepare yourself for a steaming cup of attitude Move out couldn’t come faster :)"

"This place is awful. I urge you to sign anywhere else but here. The management is EXTREMELY ineffective and incompetent. From the beginning of my time living at Aspen heights it has been awful. The management failed to have my apartment ready in time leading to me having to reside in a “La Quinta” hotel for months. After I was finally able to move in 2 months after my promise date, I was welcomed with an ant infestation, and my apartment was unfinished with various structural and electrical issues. The management sent workers and trucks to come finish our apartment early on in the day for a month without our consent. The management is extremely sketchy and will do anything they can to rip you off. Go live any where else but here. 0 stars!"

"Received excellent customer service from the assistant property manager, Jessica. She was able to quickly assess the situation and moved to resolve my issue in a professional manner. Very thankful for the quick turn around on what could have been an bad situation into a overall good experience."

"Ineffective Management: The management at Aspen Heights displayed a consistent lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Communication with management was often frustrating, as inquiries and concerns went unanswered or were met with vague responses. The disorganized management further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. Noise and Disruptions: The noise levels in the complex were consistently high, making it difficult to concentrate or enjoy a peaceful living environment. It appeared that little was done to enforce any noise regulations or to create a more tranquil atmosphere for residents. Overpriced Rent: The rent at Aspen Heights was disproportionately high considering the quality of the living conditions and the numerous issues I encountered. The pool and gym are still “not ready” for use as they were expected to be by august. I expected a more reasonable rent for the problems I endured during my tenancy. Didn’t happen. In light of these experiences, I would strongly caution anyone considering renting an apartment at Aspen Heights. I regret my decision to live here, as it has negatively impacted my overall well-being and peace of mind. I believe it is essential for Aspen Heights to take immediate and significant steps to address these issues and improve the living conditions for its residents."

"0 STARS - Living here has been one of the worst experiences of my college life. Initially, our move-in date was unexpectedly delayed by 7 weeks, forcing us to stay in a cheap hotel, while still paying rent. Furthermore, essential amenities like the gym and pool remain unavailable. What's even more frustrating is the apparent lack of concern and communication from the management and staff. They seem indifferent to our concerns and are unable to provide satisfactory explanations when questions are raised. The evident lack of coordination among the team members only aggravates the situation, making the overall experience horrendous, to say the least."
