They always let me know what the issue is and how they’re going to fix it or what I can do if it happens again. I appreciate how efficient and kind they are. The property managers have also been great! I just haven’t needed to interact with them as much as I have with maintenance :)"

"We just moved in this past Thanksgiving weekend, 2023. We came from Camden Visconti which was not a good experience. I left a review about it. I have to say that I LOVE our new apt at Luxe so far. We have so much more room than we did before. We got a 3 BR apt for not much more than we have paid for 2 BR apts. previously. The major thing I love about this place is that it seems to be very, very quiet compared to other communities that I have lived in. If it wasn't for the fact their is a hotel being built next door, it would be almost like living in a rural area. There has been a lot of rumbling and beeping noises from the big earth movers. I grew up in the country so I was accustomed to "dead silence" most of my life. Luxe is a close to that as any place I have every rented in the last decade. I really love it especially before dawn in the early morning hours! Very peaceful! One thing that stand out to me already is the maintenance team is the best I have ever encountered! All the guys that I have dealt with are very friendly and most requests are done the same day! Office staff are also friendly and helpful. Zero complaints! This community is very clean and well kept. The trash dumpster is at the back of the property and very well kept. Breezeways are almost spotless! Very, very clean! I appreciate having package lockers in the mail room which reduces risk of packages being stolen as is a problem in other communities. I also love the fact that our new apartment is NOT all white walls! It has color! I love the open kitchen as I cook every single day. I love the stone backsplash in our kitchen. I love black appliances over stainless steel! I hate stainless steel as they are always dirty no matter how much you try to keep them clean. I love having a laundry room and not a laundry closet. For the first time since 2019, we actually have room for everything. I unpacked things that have been packed for years. Parking was a problem at our last apartment and we actually had to pay $5.00 per car for parking. It is not a problem here and parking is included. I love having a garden tub. The bathroom is the perfect size! Each room as good natural light which I also like. If I could come up with any complaints, I only have a couple. The refrigerator is much smaller than we are accustomed to having. Honestly it isn't made for a family of 3 that eats at home 99% of the time. I wish it was bigger. The only other thing that I think is kind of weird is the pull-out trash cans under the kitchen island. We quickly discovered that it was kind of a pain to actually use them for trash. Open the cabinet, pull out the bins, put trash in, push bins back in, close the cabinet. Multiple steps to throwing trash away. I asked about having it taken out, but we found a use for it. We are using it for grocery sacks and to store new trash bags. Honestly it takes up valuable cabinet space. I guess some corporate exec came up with an idea one day that looked good on paper. It's just not useful in my opinion. We have our own trash can that has a foot lever which is way more practical if both hands are full of trash or kitchen scraps. The internet doesn't seem to be as fast as the last place I lived. I get a "fair" connection on my office tv. But, the tech package is a little cheaper here than my previous place. If you are apartment shopping, you won't regret at least looking here at Luxe 1820!"
