The Sanctuary at Highland Oaks Apartments

"Just wanna update my review. I was having a lot of issues that others were having specifically with maintenance, internet, trash, and roaches but the last few weeks I've seen such an improvement. My old dishwasher even got upgraded! Pest control came and fixed the issues with the roaches and maintenance fixed any issues I had. Even trash collection has been so much better! I decided to give these apartments another chance and renew our lease. I think the new management is doing a great job so far! :)"

"Actually 0 star...No maintenance.. No internet.. no support.. we applied for first floor apartment, it was confirmed by leasing office. Then after 2 days they call us and said that apartment is not available. And we had to choose 3rd floor apartment ... apartment was so dirty upon entering first time and so many roaches were there.. Leasing office says no man power for maintenance.. Why ? Leasing office says, if you have any issue with internet go to Spectrum directly.. Why ? We are paying you and you should be responsible for the services.."

"It's the worst community to live in US. Least people look for is an ease of life after your office, but here are the things that SANCTUARY does it's best to make your life miserable - 1. Safety : Multiple incidents were reported where kids throw eggs on the door, break Mailboxes, verbal spats at Swimming pools 2. Internet : Poor connectivity and frequest outages will make you run to office even at night if you are into some critical office work. 3. Maintenance : Just log a ticket and forget about getting it addressed unless you walk down to office and escalate it. 4. Cleaness : Maintenance team dont have any control on the menance done by resident's dog. They dont even bother to issue a warning or action against such people."

"If there was an option of giving negative stars, would have given that, you have to give at least one star. One of the worst communities to live in the United States, with internet facility worser than a remote village in any corner of the world. Maintenance staff and office members think themselves to be ruling over everything and not attending requests for more than 2 months, they are always short staffed even after we paying rent on time. None of the other requests are entertained even after making multiple requests. Moreover there is a security concerns as well with young local folks breaking in to the mailbox and mixing all the mails along with that throwing scrambled eggs at residents apartment's and puncturing cars with no action from the Leasing office even after multiple complains. Even the USPS people visiting the community have call 911 couple of times for mailbox issues. I would suggest never to book an apartment in this community."

"I recently had the pleasure of living at The Sanctuary At Highland Oaks and it was an outstanding experience. This apartment complex truly deserves a five-star rating. The location is unbeatable, in a serene neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property are held at the highest standard, and the staff is friendly and professional. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-designed with high-end finishes. The community amenities, including a fitness center, tennis courts, and a dog park, are top-notch. The customer service is exceptional, and the safety and security measures are impressive. I highly recommend The Sanctuary At Highland Oaks for a luxurious and peaceful living experience."
