500 Harbour Island

"4 stars because we haven’t moved in yet BUT Erin has made the leasing process seamless! We’ve been touring quite a few different buildings in channelside / harbour island and always ended up coming back to 500. Erin showed us different layouts on multiple different occasions and was very helpful in keeping us updated on new units being leased! Overall we are very excited to be moving in here soon, and feel even more confident with Erin helping us!"

"500 Harbor Island is an outstanding place to live. The complex is maintained extremely well, and the apartments are great. The management and leasing people are AMAZING! They are friendly, professional and always ready to help. We absolutely love living here."

"The staff has always been very kind to me when I go to visit my friends that live there. But there always seem to be problems. 1. Like the elevators get stuck or always seem to be down. 2. The key fob/app system to get around seems to glitch and not be efficient. 3. My friends apartment also has a really messed up shower door where you have to open it by pushing in, this barely leaves room for you to climb in and makes a mess every time as well 4. You made a beautiful patio/hangout area on the 8th floor but there are no bathrooms for the public on this level. Meaning you have to leave the floor when needing to use the restroom. There are other things that can be improved but these are the main things I have noticed when visiting"

"I recently moved into 500 Harbour island and the experience was even better than I could’ve imagined. Hannah in the leasing office was extremely easy to work with. Even though me and my roommate were being very difficult trying to find which apartment suited us best, Hannah was patience and was able to answer the million questions we had. I still can’t believe the view of the downtown from our apartment. The amenities are also amazing, especially the heated pool and front desk concierge. The location is perfect and the entire building is very well maintained. I highly recommend 500 Harbour Island to everyone and Hannah made our decision easy as can be."
