"We have lived here over a year. This place is terrible... they charge late fees if not paid on the first. And threaten you with eviction over 20 bucks. We put in work orders and take forever to do things because they can't keep workers. Just stay away."

"Dumpster was always full but yet it was on monthly rent fees. Took rent from 900 up to the 1200 for a 2/1. Then 30 days before my lease was up is when I was notified that my lease would not be renewed. Communication is completely not there. Of course if you need a place to stay, it won’t be too bad. But if you have an option for other places, try those first"

"*update* their response means nothing bc as you can see they only addressed ONE thing. These people are scam artist- javiar, telesia and daphne- I begged and begged for updates and was lied to multiple times before I got any type of update. Thank you for responding so people can really see who you are. The only thing your rent increase will go to is providing more snacks for fheir employee fridge. They raise your rent but don’t improve anything- If you live off 51st- the parking lot floods- they will lie and tell you they are getting it fixed- don’t believe them they are not, they refuse to expand the parking lot so soon as it rains you’re stuck. Walls paper thin. My ceiling had a leak 3 times after i got new upstairs neighbors. I have a ring doorbell and i have the maintenance workers talking about how it’s a “serious leak” when I called and spoke with Javier he said “it’s repaired, small leak” when i ask if he’s sure he says yes so i told him i have video footage of HIS workers saying otherwise and then he switched the narrative to “it was bad but it’s fixed” i said ok so what was the issue? I want some update as to why it keeps happening and he said “we don’t call to update people about that” place is a joke run by jokes."

"Current resident I been living here going on two years. I been dealing with a neighbor who dog barks and cries all day long. The crying and howling starts around 5am in the morning and carries on until the owner gets home. I work from so it's really difficult for me to focus and sleep. I have been told the property manager will reach out to still no callback. This have been an ongoing issue for months now."

"After moving due to job relocation, I was really hesitant and honestly quite scared to live in the Tampa area. But after talking to Javier and the amazing leasing office over here at Park Avenue Apartments, I am now a new resident here! This place is amazing! With great room, carpet flooring and a fantastic staff. Any question I had was and is answered ASAP. I could ask for a better apartment complex to live and the people who live here are very nice as well. Thank you so much for everything guys!"
