I had a month and some change to be in a new place fid everything they need me to do and it took that whole month and I still call them they never seem to answer. "I was looking for apartments and was impressed by the reviews, at first it looked as though the location is changing and tenants are happy but if you look at the profile of people reviewing this property 2, 3,4 weeks ago. All of them are sham, they have the reviews for their sister properties. Jimmy Daniels, Matthew Barron, Mariah Ashlee, Esther Perez, Bensouici Samy. All these people have also commented on the same lines for Armature Park Apartments, Timber Trace, Palm flats etc. Looks like they are paying or creating fake profiles to add 5-star reviews."
"**** UPDATE this company is paying a service for 5 star reviews. Every 5 star review posted also reviewed all their other slum properties. Be careful renting anything managed by the slumlords at Meadowood. They have a F bbb rating and one star Google rating for good reason. The issues are always the same in any Meadowood property, unprofessional staff that lacks integrity, serious maintenance issues and neglect,no mgmt oversight, pest control problems and the ever present plumbing floods that always involve raw sewage they won't fix properly. The only way they fix anything is to contact code enforcement and get them condemned (which is a common occurrence for them). RUN don't walk. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH."
