"I have lived here for 4 years and this complex has improved since I moved in. The maintenance staff knows what they are doing and go above and beyond to fix everything. The new manager is doing his best to repair what the old manager didn't do."

"i have never experienced such poor living conditions until i moved in at these apartments. they are cockroach-infested, the ac broke several times, and it was extremely difficult to get a response from anyone in management, whether about something minor or as big as a ginormous mold spot on our ceiling that was just about ready to collapse and caused several health issues. there was also poor communication between different managers about us having two dogs (they were ESAs), so we were harassed about them numerous times, even though they had the documentation and approved our application knowing that we had them. they changed owners twice when i was there, and i will say that Luc tried very hard to fix the issues we had, which was a much-needed surprise given the track record of poor management at this complex. however, there was no communication between them about our rent payment situation, which made things complicated and ended up with us paying more money than we should’ve. not only that, but our lease was up may 31st, and they told us we had to be out may 10th (we never got our money back for paying an entire month’s rent when we only stayed for a third of the month, even though we messaged them several times about it). it was nothing but a struggle living there, and it wasn’t a good area, so there were many times where i was worried about safety. i could go on and on about all the negligence we experienced (with receipts). overall - i do not recommend this apartment complex at all."

If it had not been for Luke and his efforts and efficiency, my children and I wouldn’t know where we would have been going by the end of the month, especially with the Rental Crisis going on! He’s a Godsend and I appreciate him for running my application, approving me and moving me in all within 2 weeks! Heritage Cove here I come and again, thank you Luke!!!"
