Reinaldo the maintenance man is always on top of things & he gets task done with an urgency! You don’t find that at a lot of places . Bianca is also very professional & attentive to the needs of the tenants."

Management is never available, everything is always falling apart, and after i left im still receiving charges for the renters insurance they made me get through *their* website. I cant even cancel it because the "webpage is not available". I absolutely hated living here."

"UPDATE: Our living experience here has been mostly good. However, we have had major issues contacting and getting maintenance for emergencies. On more than one occasion our AC has gone out, with interior apartment temps reaching 83-85 or more. The emergency number goes straight to voicemail. The first time, it was over 24 hours before maintenance came to investigate the issue. Since then, our thermostat has been replaced and still does not function properly. We also had a flooding issue due to the water heater, and once again there was no immediate help. Luckily, I had the foresight to shut the breaker off to the water heater and close the valve. We used all of our towels, but our downstairs neighbor still had water come into her apartment. Our call was not answered the night the flooding started, or even early the next day. We are currently experiencing AC problems again during the hottest time of year; no answer from “24/7 on-site” emergency maintenance. The heat is not only unbearable for us, but for our poor pets. What’s the point of having emergency maintenance if it’s not possible to contact them? ———————————— My wife and I moved in about a month ago, so I will update this review if our experience changes! If you've lived in an apartment before, you know that things are rarely perfect. In the Tampa Bay area alone, I have lived in 4 or 5 different complexes and NONE of them were ever 100% how I expected. My wife and I base a lot of our judgment on reviews, so there was some initial hesitation in applying here, but honestly, we don't regret it and are very happy so far! For starters, Julius in the office made our move-in very easy and stress-free! He was communicative, friendly, and helpful in every way that he could be. From the time we applied to our move-in date, it was just a little over a week! The apartment itself was pretty clean compared to others that we have moved into. I think some notable things were the kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty inside (had crumbs, sticky, etc.) but that's usually something I like to take care of on my own anyway. One set of blinds in the master bedroom doesn't lower, but they're somewhat aged and it's not a huge deal since we use curtains. Plus I understand it's not always possible to scrub an apartment down from top to bottom or fix EVERYTHING -- when the staff have multiple units and dozens of tasks to take care of it can be challenging to fully restore an apartment. Our washer and dryer work great, all outlets are functional, the screened-in porch is free of any holes, etc. and our AC unit has kept the apartment pretty cool so far! We saw one or two insects after initially moving in, but haven't had any reoccurring problems with bugs or pests. The complex itself is very quiet and peaceful. There are beautiful trees all around, several duck families frequenting the surrounding water, and the tenants seem to just mind their own business. It's always a good sign, in my opinion, when people are comfortable walking their dogs and letting their kids play even after it's dark! Stone Creek is also situated in a pretty good location relatively close to stores, USF, and other locations. All in all, I understand that people are more likely to leave bad reviews than good ones, which is why I wanted to make sure I shared our experience here. The apartment is spacious and the price is competitive compared to similar apartments in Tampa/Temple Terrace. The staff is helpful, the complex is quiet and the location is convenient! We look forward to being here for more years to come!"

"Would not recommend living here. They cannot keep a property manager and the leasing office never has anyone in it so you have no one to contact if there is a problem. Maintenance is non existent you put in a order and get an email that it’s been closed out but nothing has been done. It’s literally a ghost property you can’t even find someone to give you a new air filter if you need one."

"This company does not care about its tenants!!!! All they want is your money. ZERO ETHICS WHATSOEVER!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. We moved here from Boston and Nichole was great over the phone with sending info and pictures of our supposed unit in advance. Upon arrival we paid the rent, plus a $300 deposit/waiver fee. We quickly realized this place is a dumpster and everything Nichole said was false. She told us we were getting an updated unit and that it had been fully cleaned. Let me list all the issues we’ve discovered in the 3 days I’ve been here: - about half of the outlets in our unit don’t work -holes in our screened in patio -paint all over mirrors and windows -door to patio takes a full grown man to rip it open -bathtub and showers (both) were all brown -rusted sharp holes in our sinks -dust and bugs in ALL of our windows on the inside -cabinets are filthy with grease, mold, and dirt - floors have old glue and dirt everywhere -peephole doesn’t work -blinds are missing pieces and all broken -fan in bathroom doesn’t work. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE!!!!!! We checked out a REAL updated unit and saw that you pay an extra $250 for a cieling fan and granite. It’s still all trash. Horrible condition, horrible management. It is a FILTHY, DISGUSTING PLACE!!! Nichole at the front desk is refusing to refund us our $300 because it’s non refundable. Even though we were lied to, scammed, and spent hours trying to clean and now we have to pay to find another place and move there. The entire place should be avoided at all costs. Nichole tried to say “we’re humans”, but mistakes are a once or twice thing, not a million problems. I’ll be calling the board of health to report this complex. To respond to stone creeks response: I refused entry because they scheduled cleaners to come and there’s still glue, dirt, grime all over the apartment still, it was barely touched. At this point we do not feel comfortable at all letting anymore staff into our apartment and are trying to leave immediately, I’ve been calling for the property manager all day with NO ANSWER"
