"Zero maintenance. Roach infestation. Rude and unprofessional security whose job is babysitting, not security. It is located in an industrial complex so you can't walk anywhere other than to the school. The school is a scam also, but that's beside the point."

"This is the worst place to live imaginable. There are cockroaches in every apartment, pest control RARELY does anything about it. My roommate was attacked with a knife by a complete stranger and no one did anything about it. The staff is extremely unhelpful and condescending, they do not care about the residents whatsoever. Four of us living here witnessed a sexual assault, reported it to the dean and the leasing agents and absolutely nothing was done. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! IF YOU LOOK AT THE NON-FAKE REVIEWS, YOU WILL SEE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT ROACHES AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. THEY WILL ALSO ATTEMPT TO CHARGE YOU FEES FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO MOVE OUT. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE! Edit: Their response below says these things were not "reported". However the knife incident was reported to security as well as to Ashley and nothing was done. The security told my roommate that he couldn't do anything because "he can't abandon his post." Almost as laughable as the excuses hawkslanding makes for the terrible quality of life at their residence."

"Do not live here under any circumstances it is roach infested!!! Their mail system is terrible, security makes it hard to get anywhere stopping cars and checking license plates all day and night, then when it comes to moving out they try to overcharge on everything possible. I have also heard about many unsafe circumstances and experienced some at my stay. I highly recommend you quickly move past this option."
