I was able to get approved and moved in within weeks. Easy move in. When I came for key pick up as instructed. Christopher is the man for the job when I had an unexpected change in schedule he was able to accommodate me and adjust my move in date which helped me out a lot in this situation. "I had a terrible experience with this apartment complex. They never responded to my requests for maintenance and would not answer calls during business hours. The staff at the front office were rude and even forged my signature on a document stating that I was moving out. They also shared my personal information with collections after a year, resulting in unexpected bills after I had already moved out. Not once did I receive a bill from them after writing down my forwarding address on the move out document. I never received my deposit back and was charged for not giving a 60-day notice when they only gave me 30 days to decide on renewing my lease. It made no sense. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but when it starts costing me money and the staff doesn't care, there's a problem. If you're looking for a decent apartment with terrible service, this is the place for you. But if you want to be in a better area and have a better experience, I do not recommend it. Plus, there's always garbage everywhere."
