The maintenance team always helped to fix any issues I had within the day, Ashley was amazing in getting us situated into our apartment, and I couldn’t thank Jennifer enough for being so flexible and patient with me when we left the complex. "I wanted to give extra praise to Guy and Mike who figured out that the A/C compressor was the culprit of this horrible rattling noise that was reverberating through my walls. It was driving me nuts for months but I couldn’t explain it. Finally made the connection to the A/C and they immediately trouble shot the issue and replaced it the next day. I really appreciate them."

"I’ve had a great experience moving in Latitude 27 apartments. The Floor plan is excellent. Signing the lease was easy and quick. Ashley was very polite and easy to work with. I had one issue and it was resolved immediately. I definitely would recommend moving here. An added bonus is that my neighbors are quiet as well. 10/10"

"Apartments are filthy and are not cleaned despite being told they have been professionally cleaned twice. Radon radioactive gas has been found in high levels near the center of the complex. Ask for a current reading before moving in. A review from one tenant on google reviews will reveal just how this apartment complex went about not resolving his issue. The smell of weed from adjoining apartments is a problem especially in the apartments near the dog park. This can be considered a pro if you like to smoke weed."
