"This is my 3rd month living here and I am still in love with my apartment. The entire complex is gorgeous and relaxing, not to mention that the neighbors are super friendly too. Michelle has always shown how she truly cares about people, as she goes above and beyond to help them anyway she can. I have never had a less than pleasurable encounter with her either. I think I could be very happy to live here for a very long time."

"Maintenance at this place is awful. Trash everywhere, bags of dog poop everywhere. They don’t even change the trash can bags. This morning I was walking my dog and the trash cans were exploded. The grounds are not well maintained. Trees that have felt since the storm and they haven’t been properly fixed. Pool was dirty this weekend. The pillows are so gross full of stains and broken. Go save your almost 3k per month and rent somewhere else. Edit: today is almost a year after the storm. This is the trees I’m talking about. Fix them."

"Very spacious and beautiful apartments to live in. I especially love how large the kitchen area is, you can never go wrong with a nice island. And the management is very helpful understanding, especially Dorothy Hall who gave me and my friend a tour of the complex. The gym and common area are better than any other apt. I've ever stayed at."

"If you ever wanted the feel of living at your local landfill, this is your place! You will get to walk past multiple trash bags, trash cans, and on most days there is plenty of trash in the parking lot that the maintenance guys drive over in their golf cart. And no the trash it is not only there during valet trash hours. There are multiple cars in the parking lot used as storage. Just last week someone dumped a bucket of fish in the grass to rot in the hot FL sun that added to the landfill smell…. Thank you! New management said they will do something about it, I’m sure they know ways that the old management company did not……..wink wink. The only star here is the one google made me give them."
