Look at the HUD website..For one.. its Free to Apply ...2 ..They are opening the list for vouchers..You will likely get in a Hud run before here..They already went through Courses on what Not to Do when it comes to Fair Housing.."
"Beautiful place to call home. Nice size apartment with washer/dryer in unit. Nice large balcony. Indoor parking. Great location. Just off 175/275 freeways. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants. Publix grocery store. Management is by far the best there is. Melissa our community director always has a smile and is willing to help with whatever you need. Nathan our maintenance specialist. On the spot maintenance for whatever your needs are in your apartment."
"I am going to apply. A limited number of very nice apartments, an equipped gym, beautiful gardens, many amenities, and indoor parking. I'm sold. The BEST part of my visit was meeting your staff, Melissa and Nathan (?). I felt welcomed and wanted which is very unusual these days! Thank you!"
