"I lived in Nordica Flats for about two years. This is definitely an older building but it has character. I met my best friend here and had an amazing stay! Only hiccup was that management changed around 3 times and I think parking needs to have reserved signs. I always had someone parking in my spot which got annoying. Other than reserved signs for the spots.. it’s a great place to start out in St.Pete … it’s super close to everything. The new property manager Isaiah is incredible. I hope he stays because his customer service is top tier. He’s the best manger by far that building has had."
"Nice and calm apartments in a good neighborhood, with decent rental compared to other apartments near downtown. People tend to keep to themselves, you'll find some neighbors greeting you every now and then which is really refreshing. Limited parking space within the property (paid and reserved), however street parking available most of the time. The maintenance has been prompt so far and Bryon is a great community manager!"
"Lived here for 2+ years. Good experience. Rob (Maintenance) and Bryon (Manager) are extremely professional and eager to help. Any maintenance ticket I've submitted has been completed in a very timely manner. The neighborhood / location doesn't get any better than this. Few blocks from downtown and crescent lake park. There's also athletic fields right across the street tennis, baseball, etc..."
"Jake and Rob, who make up the maintenance team here, are attentive, friendly, and helpful. They're good at what they do and can solve an issue quickly for you, meaning you rarely see the need for them to call in outside expertise. They're onsite and both good guys that know what they're doing."
"Black mold is everywhere in here. Management refuses to help and removes negative reviews. when they remodeled a few years ago they left about a foot of space in the walls that is filled with old wood, wires, and trash. Multiple people have health issues due to this mold. Wouldn't recommend living here to anyone- especially children, elderly, or people with respiratory issues."
