"Horrible place. Only reason to live here is if you don’t have any where else to live. No maintenance just one man for 100+ apartments. (With no emergency contact) Which if you look it states they open only on Fridays and that’s if they actually open the office. Anything wrong in your apartment it’s your fault… i.e. the mold, the plumbing, the collapsing floors.. is the tenants fault. Moldy a/c vents are also the tenants fault and job to bleach and/or paint over the mold. Being Mature I guess is being tolerable of deplorable conditions if not “then why don’t you just move” is what they tell tenants. Discrimination at its best for those unemployed single mothers. Lord forbid you have an issue. They will make it their job to find something wrong to kick you out or not renew your lease. So they place fear in tenants forcing them to stay quiet and keep being Mature by not not saying anything is wrong. Or you might just find yourself in the streets with your children. Homeless."

"I've never in life come into two of the unprofessional, rude, ghetto, unconcerned, inconsiderate, ignorant property managements like Boca Ciega apt and Bethel Heights! These properties literally make me want to start a career in low income property management seriously! Not every female wants to sit on their butt and collect government assistance. There's women out here like me, single moms who bust their butts everyday just to get by. I've been inquiring about BCA while i was pregnant with my first child which was 10 years ago i was 20 I'm now 30 and the property management has NOT CHANGED ONE BIT! Locked office and when some finally decides to answer they're rude as heck!!!!! There has to be something or a way to do something about this AND I'M GOING TO FIGURE IT OUT!!!!!!!!"

"If I could give them no stars I would. W*N*D*Y a member of management at Boca Ciega Apartments is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I called in, in regards to leasing a unit here and as a previous property manager I am appalled at her service. She answered "WHAT!" When I called in, I asked if it was BCA and she said "yes" rudely and when I asked a separate question she then said a very abrupt and rude, no. "Mannawich Management" needs to reevaluate their hiring process."
