"I am a current resident of these apartments and unfortunately I have to write this review. My A/C has stopped working twice, I submitted a maintenance request via the online portal, and was advised someone would be out to look at my A/C today at 11 AM. No one showed up and no one has an answers for me. I have called the office and maintenance line. They gave me a portable AC unit, but that does nothing to cool the apartment down. Very frustrating, especially since this has been going on since 02/24/23, and I pay $1,900 for a place I cannot stay at. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere and don't sign here."

"8/21/22 If I could rate 0 stars I would! I have lived here for 3 years. The management has changed 4 times. Once I went without AC for 1.5 weeks. When I moved to a “remodeled” unit things got worse. It’s now branded “The Aqua”. There was a hole in my ceiling for 1 week. The tub doesn’t drain. Paint is chipping off into the tub. Every time we flush dirty water leaks out from the base of the toilet. My security deposit wasn’t honored from 2019. There are no working security cameras, which is scary due to shootings, homicides, and care thefts on our block. Hidden costs for water and sweet that may exceed 100 dollars per month. Avoid these apartments. Pay an extra 100 a month for somewhere else. Update in response to owner. I would be happy to speak with you in person! Please return my 1,000 deposit that you have “lost” from my last unit. You have yet to redo our patio as promised before we signed the lease. Your remodeled apartments have all had plumbing issues. Still no security cameras as of Sept 2020. Again, avoid these apartments! Parking lot and road has major flooding. No point in paying this much while there ar e much better options. Beware of the “remodeled” units!! I included a photo of a condemned unit by the city due to mold that people now live in. Update 1/21/23 Since writing my review there has only been more headache with our bathroom. This month we have not been able to use the toilet or shower for a total of 9 days. Contaminated water leaks out from the base of the toilet leaving it unusable and water backs up into the tub. This is affecting units 1-4. They come and “fix it” and after a couple days it’s back to exactly how it was. The worst part is now the entire apartment smells like a public bathroom. Management was called at 9pm to report the issue and at 5pm today no one has showed."

"I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience with The Rialto Apartments. Their customer service is second to none snd problem solving capabilities are strong! I never felt like I had anything to worry about when living here. I strongly advise anyone looking to rent through an apartment complex to go with The Rialto Apartments because they won't be disappointed!"

"The Rialto Apartments was exactly what I was looking for in an apartment community for my daughter. My daughter just started going to college in St. Pete and has been living at The Rialto for a few months now. The living arrangements are very accommodating and the staff makes her feel welcome. The renovations are also up to date! This is a great place to live!"
