"Awful. Nothing ever works (grill, fire pit, etc). Leasing office is a joke, they have new employees every 6 months. If you have an issue, forget it! They will not answer phone calls and do not return messages. It’s hard to contact anyone because the employee turnover is so high you never know who to email. If you are having an issue with their website or billing/payment, they direct you to contact them but the phone number is disconnected! They have a huge mold problem. They have structural issues. Staircases are falling apart. Walls are paper thin. You have to acknowledge and initial a part of the lease that states some sort of toxic chemical is present in the dwelling so you can’t sue them. It’s not worth the headache. The rent prices may seem low but don’t forget the garbage fee, the admin fee, the sewer fee, the water fee, and last but not least, the service fee!"

"Bayshore Flats has been a FANTASTIC community for the last three years. I called it "My little hidden gem". Sad to be leaving this community and simply cannot leave without a few shout outs. The community was always clean and request orders were tend to in a timely manner. I had a couple delays here and there but then again during 2020/2021 we had a few shortages for products. The customer service by Aileen J and Jason G has been beyond excellent. Both went above and beyond making sure that my needs as a tent were taken care of, answered all my questions and concerns with a friendly and welcoming tone. Due to relocation I had to terminate my lease early and both made sure to guide me every step of the way. If I could give them more stars here I would. I highly recommend Bayshore Flats and suggest asking for Aileen J and Jason G; you will be in great hands."

"Absolute awful experiences renting with McKinley Hyde Park Apartments, I highly advise anyone to steer clear of this company - do NOT sign the lease agreement!! This community appears to be beautiful but it is truly only at face value… if you have any maintenance issues (believe me you will run into many) they will not get addressed in a timely fashion or even AT ALL. The management team truly does not care about you as a tenet, they only care about your money."
