The leasing office Kathy and Jolie are extremely awesome as well and have made moving such an easy experience!!! Along with being welcoming they made the whole process easy, quick and helped through everything in great manner! Loving my time here at Tamarind at the Bay, ideal location and for a price you cannot find anywhere else around here."

"I've been here for over a year, and I am counting down the days when I can finally move out...I have not been happy at all. Typical property management that runs the complex, they do not care about your experience living here. For over a year I have submitted service request both thru the resident portal and verbally to the property managers themselves that there is something clearly broken in the floor/ceiling between my unit and the unit above me. It literally sounds like someone is going to come crashing through the ceiling at any point. It is a very loud cracking and thumping noise that is loud enough to wake myself and my daughter up in the middle of night. I feel like management has not taken my requests seriously nor are they willing to work with me in anyway to transfer me to a different unit without being charged "current market value" for the unit I move into, the $500.00 "transfer fee" or release me from my lease without penalty. I just so happen to speak with the maintenance supervisor that lives on property yesterday evening and he told me "They are not going to do anything about it because its a subfloor".....I was assured by management that something would be done once the tenants above me move out...well they did, and just yesterday someone else moved in, and for over an hour and half last night from about 9pm to 1030pm I heard nothing but this loud, cracking, and thumping coming from the ceiling. This has been going on day in and day out, and all hours of the night for over a year, I cannot get any proper rest, my daughter is constantly being woken up, and this is absolutely unacceptable to have to deal with this. I keep to myself, I am quiet, I am courteous of others, I pay my rent on time, and never have missed a payment. I follow all the rules and try to make the best of the situation...but ask yourself could you work 60-70 hours a week in the hot conditions that we live in, only to come home to constant noise, you cant relax, you cant properly rest...would you want to live like that? Highly disappointed in management for not taking my request seriously and for not working with such a model tenant. I strongly recommend that you consider other properties to move in to and live at, and I would highly recommend renting from a private individual owner. Property Management Companies such as this one don't care about anything but money and they are over charging hard working folks such as myself and many others that live here for their mediocre units."

"Just moved in recently and I have to say this process has been a breeze. Planning a move from northeast was no easy feat, but the staff at Tamarind Bay made it completely stress free. Jolie was awesome and answered all my questions. She was able to accommodate a video tour since I wasn’t able to see the place in person prior to moving. Once I got here she continued to exceed expectations. Making the move in process so effortless and efficient. We also got to meet the maintenance manager Jason, and he was so friendly and helpful! The grounds are beautiful, I love walking my dog around the pond in the morning. Tons of wildlife around the property and our neighbors have been so welcoming and kind. Location is great, you are fifteen mins from downtown st Pete and 15 minutes from downtown Tampa. Seriously cannot rave about this place enough! Thanks Tamarind Bay for making this transition so smooth!"
