"I liked living at the Isles of Gateway for 2 and a half years. The girls in the office always so nice and friendly. Only issue, more then once had issues with maintenance. They were working on the fire sprinklers one month after I moved in and had major water damage. They never offered dry cleaning or to reimburse me for the damages. Three months later I didn’t have power for three days. Fortunately, I had someplace to go, but had I not they never reached out to offer help it was very disheartening.And the electrical repair there after was done very poorly Overall, my stay, there was pleasant"

"This property is infested with termites and other pests and vermin like rats and roaches. It was suggested to be tented on numerous occasions by termite specialists. I’ve had nothing but ongoing problems with plumbing, termites swarming , improper repairs, lack of attentiveness, unclean unit upon my move in full of cat hair, damaged window that should have been replaced, unclean hvac, unreliable property manager, horrible harassing neighbors. I waited months for a replaced vanity that had extensive water damage and mold growth and they still did not repair the ongoing leak. Not worth living here. At all."

"The office manager Nicole at isles of gateway is extraordinary! We recently toured with her and she was so kind, intelligent and helpful with answering all of our questions. We are moving into Isles of Gateway this month & couldn't have done it without Nicole. She has been so helpful throughout the whole process. We are so excited to move into our apt and enjoy the beautiful living."

"The staff at Isles of Gateway are intelligent, helpful and kind. I have lived in other complexes in the area and this is by far the best one! Nicole and Katrin could not be more happy to help with anything. The complex is beautiful with lots of trees and a small pond. My apartment is peaceful and for the most part it is quiet. I highly recommend it!"

"Really great experience living here. I felt very at home. It’s not the fanciest place and reminds me of an old school beach condo, but it has a lot of character and the layout of the apartments are pretty cool given the shapes (very geometric). I’m 31 and have worked from home since the pandemic and felt very grateful that I chose a place with a garden style (lots of beautiful views and grass) versus a spot downtown. The scenery is quite peaceful and the residents were honestly rarely noisy. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an older building, but I never heard any noise ....ever. I lived on the third floor if that helps those deciding what floor to choose. The staff is wonderful and the only complaint I ever had was the fact that the trash pick up team sometimes skipped the third floor (I get it lol). I waited to write this review until I moved out. You won’t receive any hidden charges upon move out. I only moved to become more active downtown and I sometimes regret it because my dog barely has a spot to pee in. Isles of gateway has a gigantic dog park, fire pit, fireplace (in most units), a giant hot tub that is actually really hot, beautiful pool, and a tennis/basketball/VB court. Again, you’re getting a lot for what your paying. Highly recommend."
