"I had the pleasure of being shown around by Daniel Flores today. He went above and beyond to answer all questions, and was so patient and thorough in explaining everything. He took me around the entire complex and when I found an apartment I loved, he made the application process very easy and comfortable. He even took the time to show my mother around when she came by with me on the second trip to apply. If the administration is employed with people like Daniel, I would recommend this place to anyone! Very professional, yet extremely friendly and respectful. I would give 10 stars if I could!"

"The staff has been very accommodating and helpful since my husband and I moved in a few months ago. There were some minor issues with our unit that kept popping up but maintenance was able to help us the very next day to resolve each issue. The biggest concern is the roach problem in our apartment but it isn’t too severe. When you contact the leasing office, they will get back to you the next business day. They are very responsive and with being anxious and being a first time renter, that is much appreciated."

"11 months of being sick and breathing issues because my neighbor continues to smoke cigarettes!! Covid almost killed me and with the cigarette smoke my issues are not getting better!!! I assumed he was being evicted every month I complained but nope. Sure they offered me another unit but why should I have to move?? Kick out the man or make him move!!! 4 years of living here now I'm moving on to better things!! Also 30.00 a month for valet trash for 3 years??? I'm still waiting for the " compactor " they said no more dumpsters and unfortunately they are all here with the additional 3 commercial trash dumpsters!! I never used valet trash once because you get fined if you put your trash too early!! I work 9-9 and can't put out the trash at 8am!!! It's a great location but this company is trash!! One last thing check your windows mine are broken and they will never replace them!! Lots of termites and other bugs!! I can't wait to move out!!! As you see I'm not the only person that gave bad reviews!! Minus the guy smoking in his apartment and the garbage situation.... this is Florida you get bugs!!! Oh yea the pools are closed more then open also!! Not worth 1450 a month I moved in here it was 982 a month including cable back in 2019!! Also they finally removed the commercial garbage cans!!!!"

"The Anthem Clearwater staff members have great personalities! On my tour day I was helped by Dani Flores. He was very knowledgeable and very professional when it came to touring the property. Dani took his time to show me around and explain the property rules and amenities. The whole location is very nice and clean! We recently had a community pool party, we had so much fun we got the opportunity to dance and eat with staff members! I highly recommend this place! It’s nice to come home after a long day of work!"

"I reviewed when I lived here 2019-2020, but I wanted to leave an updated review from living here 2021-2023. The leasing staff, especially Kayla and Terri, are the best part about living here. Every interaction I have with them was helpful and friendly. They professionally handle issues that residents bring to their attention. They are quick to reply via both phone and email. They very kindly allowed me a one-week extension on my move-out date so that it coincided better with my moving arrangements. Maintenance is similarly quick. When I moved in I had a problem with my washer and dryer. Maintenance replaced it the very same day. Maintenance is clearly working hard on structural repairs as well, including putting in new stair steps and stair bannisters. The interior renovations look wonderful, with vinyl plank flooring, stone countertops, and massive walk-in closets with built-in shelving and stackable washers and dryers. But even if you are applying for an unrennovated unit, know that the interior still looks nice (I used to have one of the older units). The buildings are older buildings, so they have excellent insulation and you hardly hear your neighbors at all (most newer buildings have barely any insulation at all). My only complaint that I will mention, which is a symptom of the older buildings, is that during the summer months I had some termites in my upstairs unit, which has wood siding unlike the downstairs units with concrete siding. When I asked for termite pest control, the leasing staff scheduled me in the books and someone came and sprayed for them. This did significantly help with the issue. I never saw any other bugs at all. Many families live at Anthem and children often play in the pool or ride their bikes in the afternoons. The community is very safe and tenants generally keep to themselves. There is a small gym which, oftentimes, I have all to myself in the afternoons. Overall a very quiet place to live. Given the opportunity, I would absolutely rent at Anthem again."
