"Nika Corporate Housing hosted my wife and I for 30 days in January 2023 at Cortland Gateway in Pinellas Park, Florida. The facility is first rate. The unit with two beds and two baths is spacious with a large kitchen and a view overlooking the pool and pond with electric grills outside next to a game room and outside furniture. Nika Corporate provides a clean unit, enough pots, pans and utensils to serve four. We enjoyed our time and a big thank you to Nika Corporate and the enter staff for a job well done. Do stand and take a bow. Hope to see you January 2025."

"Nika and their staff (Angela and Tiffany specifically) provided a wonderful furnished apartment rental experience. They handled every aspect of my stay with the utmost professionalism. Any requests I made, such as for facility maintenance or to obtain an additional household item, was processed in a very timely manner. I also believe I received a great value for the cost of the furnished apartment in the Tampa area. Finally, they were very understanding, flexible, and accommodating with my temporary 6-months rental on military orders.
