"Darren and Josh were super helpful changing the ac vents that were super gross. I asked few months ago but the other maintenance guy said they would only "change things that weren't functioning". However, the appearance of the apartment should matter because a lot of those apartments are very old. I'm glad we have new people and I can see the improvements being made around the complex and it makes me very happy! Thanks for all the improvement!"

"Darreon and Josh did an excellent job of replacing my kitchen faucet and left no trace of their work behind. It was also done the very next morning after I submitted my request. Also, since I've lived here, going on 6 years, I've received prompt service to my maintenance requests including water damage to an exterior wall, a new A/C system, new toilet, new hot water heater, both kitchen and bath faucets replaced and 2 new window screens. I do feel the $10 monthly parking charge is not justified. At least one parking space should be included, like it was for the 1st few years I was here, and not a monthly charge tacked on."
