"I've been here since July of 2023 and the only thing I like about this place is my view out my windows over looking the lake and my neighbors mind their business. Other than that, this place is NOT a place to live. When we moved in, we noticed cockroaches painted over on the walls, the first week it rained pretty hard and EVERY SINGLE window leaks. I put a work order in for it, and they said and I quote, "the ppl that come and fix things came and did a little work and then they left" I have no screens on my windows either so my small children can fall out the window at any time as well as letting bugs in. ALL of the outlets don't hold anything in them. 1 of my neighbors moved out, and I've noticed we now have cockroaches. The complex offers spraying once a month, but we all know Massey doesn't spray anything that works! After my neighbor moved out, the maintenance ppl did remodeling and that's when we got even more cockroaches! It's to the point my kitchen floor is literally covered with roaches at night! They live in my microwave, the back of the fridge, and stove. They crawl all over my clean dishes and inside my cabinets. Legally, my apt is considered "inhabital" Just a couple weeks ago someone moved in below me and 2 weeks later they moved out because the roaches are so bad. Its nauseating!!! I'm in the process of taking everything out of my cupboards and drawers and boxing it up and using paper plates because it's now so bad that they are crawling all over my baby's bottles his bottle brush my clean dishes and pots and pans it's only a matter of time before they make it inside of my fridge. The windows are so out of date that they don't stay up and all of your heat and air conditioning just goes right outside so your electric bill ends up being outrageous! They have roofers here supposedly putting on new roofs but they're really only doing patchwork which in turn means they will leaked again in a couple months. This is not the place to live the office people always have an attitude they literally take 3-hour lunches so you can never add money to your laundry card or even check your mail I went weeks without checking my mail because every time I go there the door is locked and no one is at the desk they can't keep anybody in the office the last lady that worked in there got caught stealing from the company we moved here from out of state so essentially we didn't get to look at the apartment before we moved in even the maintenance workers will tell you how wonderful of a place this is and I say that very sarcastically does two bedroom one bath is definitely not worth what we pay and if you pay rent online it charges your card an extra $40 which is absurd to me and yes they do have security that patrols here but only when they get called here and the office lady drives around at night time and then calls the tow company to have your car towed if you're parked a little bit over the line and if you don't see your car getting hooked up you're paying at least $200 to get your car off that truck in the amount of trash that I have to look at when I look out my windows to look at the lake I might as well be looking at the Orlando trash dump there's also termites Windows falling out Windows broken and don't even get me started with the kids at the playground they have so much respect for that playground that they've had to put a new one up I mean yes this is the hood I've never heard so many kids be so disrespectful to each other more than adults more and more washing machines are broken they never get cleaned so essentially your clothes aren't clean"

"Just moved here a week ago and not off to a great start. When we moved in on the first day, my A/C was left wide open like this apparently the a/c has not been working and they fail to let us know that before moving in. It’s been a week now since we moved in and they have not been able to fix it. They are very bad at communicating and updating you on repairs. Not to mention there is no hot water in our shower at all, and almost all the outlets in the house don’t work at all. Once again it’s been a week and no one has been able to fix these troubles. While me and my pregnant wife stay freezing at night while it’s cold and we have no heater, or when it gets hot outside and we have no a/c, makes me regret living here in the first place. The the have to card machine for the washer and dryer that you need to get and the machine ate my $5. The manager told me I have to call the number on the box for maintenance to come out. I’m sorry I didn’t know I have to do your job and get a new machine for you. So I never got my $5 back.this place has stress my pregnant wife out to the point where she can’t take the heat or cold in the house since the a/c and hot water is off. Do not love here"

"Do not believe any of the positive reviews on this apartment community. They pay people to write lies and make it seem like a nice place to live. I lived here for an entire year and it was the worst place I’ll ever live in my life. I had mold in my apartment from a leak that took them 2+ months to even come look at. I’m not joking. No gate,gun shots all the time, car gets towed for a NUMBER of reasons (pay $135 to get it back.. LIKE WHAT), ghetto area with people outside 24/7 making noise and acting like indecent people. Consider ANYWHERE else before you consider this dump of an apartment complex."
