"I’ve been a resident here for 2+ years and I can’t wait till the day i move out. My car has been vandalized, towed, and everything about this place sucks. When you bring up an issue to management they don’t ever think it’s their fault. They don’t try to come to a resolution. For the price you pay you get nothing. My car was towed for being double parked in a spot where no one else ever parks? All they want is their money and it’s just gonna hurt them in the long run. The biggest mistake you’ll ever make is starting a lease here or any UDR property."

"I have moved to different apartments, and there are some places where their maintenance are bad. They don't really do their job well, and they leave it halfway. However, these apartments are the best to live so far! It is clean, and the maintenance team Brandon and Carlos are always attentive!"

"From the first day I moved in to today this has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in. From having to live in a roach infested apartment, to a never fixed AC unit, and no action taken when my $1000 bike was stolen Vintage Lofts has caused me never ending stress. To start off the hallways are filthy most of the time with trash, roaches, and vomit. Then of course your packages getting stolen consistently (the staff doesn’t care at all) and then my bike being stolen and I was told someone would look into and absolutely nothing was done about it. Also, cannot forget how our AC never properly worked and we sent in DOZENS of maintenance requests which meant the staff would come to our apartment do absolutely nothing and promptly leave. And to finish it all off they just scammed me out of $200. I was told August 2nd that my rent had gone through and there were no issues and then today August 7th I am told I owe them my rent and an extra $200. Apparently there had been an issue with my bank and my rent hadn’t gone through and instead of notifying me on August 2nd so I would not accrue late fees (mind you I had never paid late) they waited till today to notify me that my payment did not go through so they could steal $200 from me. Also to wrap it all up their lead business manager, Eileen Lindsay, WILL NOT ANSWER A SINGLE ONE OF YOUR CALLS. I’ve called her dozens of times and left many voicemails with no reply. Also, the staff is only in the office 15% of their posted business hours and are frequently seen at the coffee shop across the street while no one is watching the office. YOU CAN NEVER FIND THEM!!! So when you run into the countless issues I did you will not be able to find anyone to help you."
