Keystone Courtyard Apartments

"I been living here since April 2018 from New York and this place has had several issues. A/C doesnt work, roaches, water leaks, clog up sinks and tubs, and now Termites. They have Termites and mold for 6 yrs or more and when i call they said they will get pest control for termites. I never heard of that. Other residents have complaint and they said its impossible to tent all building with 31 units. Now they leave me no choice but to call code enforcement and get the city involved"

"This place is a slum. While they cut the grass and take care of minimal issues, the apartment we live in has so many problems. The sinks get clogged all the time, there are roaches, there are wire shortages, the Neighbors are loud all the time, and we have black mold in our apartment. We keep our place very clean to minimize bugs and mold but all the other apartments attract them anyway. They cut the ceiling out and haven't fixed the mold for 3 months now. We are sick from it. Our dog is sick from it. They keep coming to look at it and leave and never come back. We have to keep calling them every week and they are not taking it seriously. It's toxic and obviously should be first priority! I wouldn't be surprised if the whole place has mold! UPDATE: THE LANDLORD FLEW DOWN HERE FROM NY TO HANDLE OUR ISSUE 2 WEEKS AGO AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE HERE THIS WEEK. NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP. THE PROBLEM WITH OUR BATHROOM IS WORSE AND NOW THE PIPE IS LEAKING EVEN MORE THAN IT WAS BEFORE. I'VE ADDED PICTURES AND HAVE VIDEO AS WELL. THIS IS NOT BEING HANDLED YET THEY STILL EXPECT RENT! I'M SO DONE WITH THIS!!!! I AM STILL SICK FROM THE BLACK MOLD. I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. ACCORDING TO LAW THEY HAVE 7 DAYS TO FIX IT AND BRING IN A PROFESSIONAL MOLD INSPECTOR. THEY MUST PAY FOR US TO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE WHILE THIS IS BEING REPAIRED BECAUSE IT IS SO TOXIC BUT THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING COURTESY OR THE LAW. I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE HOW LONG THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION!"

"We have been residents at Keystone for approximately 4 years now and had a good experience to date. When there are issues needing attention, Greg is always available and dependable and gets the job done. We have not had any experience with theft of personal property of parking lot issues. We enjoy the privacy of the courtyard but can be a bit busy when kids are playing on a nice day. This location is pet friendly and others are courteous about keeping their pets under control. The location is very convenient to downtown Tampa and many shopping centers."

"As an eight year resident of The Keystone Courtyard Apartments; I must say my experience here has been great. Although I Keep to myself most of the time, I find the neighbors friendly. Except on rare occasions when I hear the kids playing, It's really quiet around here; Especially at night. The apartment bldg is always maintained and Greg takes care of maintenance issues in a swift manner. This is a great place to live; And I look forward to many more years as a resident."

"I lived here for an entire year and I only stayed because I felt forced not to break the lease. Management is horrible, Greg smoke's weed ALL day in his apartment while on the clock. The people there are creeps, the chairs you put outside or ashtrays will be gone when you come back home. There is rat poop under the stoves, the apartments flood, people get robbed in the parking lot often, neighbors sell drugs, and when they smoke inside the apartment.. it goes in to your apartment AC vent if they live upstairs or downstairs from you, you can hear every single step from upstairs, even when someone opens or closes a door. anyways... This place is a joke!"
