"Literally whatever you do, do not move here. The parking situation is insane and once you have nowhere to park they try and make you pay $50 for a spot. I just got towed for parking in a handi cap spot because there WAS NO WHERE TO PARk. It cost me $400 and the property manager had no remorse. 0/5 cannot wait to move. Oh and if you have a maintenance problem good luck"

"I have nothing but great things to say about Alton Westshore. I've been living here for about a year now & did not hesitate to renew my lease for another 14 months. The front desk staff is amazing! Jeremy and Sara are so kind, helpful and caring, and go above and beyond each and every day! Steve and Oneil are the best and nicest maintenance guys, and anything you need, they are right there to help immediately! And, did I mention my apartment - which is bright and spacious with so much storage, & the most beautiful kitchen with a huge island. I also get to see the beautiful Tampa Bay sunsets every night from my balcony ~ so relaxing! I toured so many apartment complexes when I was relocating to Florida, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Alton Westshore as my home!"
