"Hello, I moved into “The Sedona” recently on 10/02/23 and I absolutely love it! I was able to obtain a beautiful unit on the top floor, corner of the building, also with gorgeous views overlooking the lake and swimming pool! Initially I worked with Jonathon regarding my preparations for my move in, then I worked with Shane and Kate during and after my move in…Jonathon was outstanding, and Shane and Kate have been wonderful! Shane and Kate have helped me tremendously with getting settled in my new home, both of them going above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my new place! During my brief time here I have also had the pleasure of meeting a few of my new neighbors and the maintenance staff, the maintenance staff are fantastic, friendly, and always there if you need them…my new neighbors are as well super friendly, kind people…I feel very lucky to have such a nice group of people around me! I highly recommend “The Sedona”, Shane and Kate are exceptional, they are the best! The property is gorgeous, very well maintained, clean, inviting, and truly makes one feel home…it is the nicest apartment home I’ve ever had, five stars, excellent staff…come join us at “The Sedona”, you will love it here!"
"BEWARE OF THIS CURRENT MANAGEMENT. My lease at The Sedona Apartments, in Tampa, FL was supposed to end in the first week of September. I had purchased a new house and moved out of The Sedona on July 1st. I had stopped by the office on that day or a day or two prior and I was greeted by Kate who I informed that I am moving out now and asked about my options for ending my lease. I was told since my lease ends in the first week of September, I will still be liable for 60 days worth of rent. I said okay and left the office, which if they can refer to their security footage they can see. since July 1st I have been no longer residing there. I was never asked to sign anything by Kate and I was never asked to do anything outside of coming back when my 60 days are officially over to tour the apartment for an inspection and turn in the keys. I randomly stopped by the Sedona about a month later in early October as I forgot when my exact move out date was. I was met by the manager, Shane, who told me this would be 60 days from whenever I signed the notice. I informed her I was never made aware of any notice when I met with Kate who informed me to come back when my contract was up to turn in the keys and perform the inspection. Shane then apologized and asked me to "excuse Kate" for her mistake as she is new to the job and she should have known better. I was forced to sign a 60 day notice then and I ended up paying an entire month extra through the first week of October for a mistake that was not mine and was due to the lack of training of their employee. I waited so long to write this complaint as I was afraid of repercussions and that my security deposit might be held back from me. I attempted calling Richman signature office at their phone number in Tampa on Monday at about 1 pm, left a voice mai. I am requesting for someone higher up in management to investigate this situation and refund me the extra month I was charged due to their employee misleading me and not having me sign a 60 day notice . Their lack of adequately training their employee set me back $1802 worth of rent and they in no way shape or form attempted to remedy the situation. This is despite the apartment being 100% Vacant since july 1st and I was already paying for my 60 day early termination fee."
"Charged me on top of taking all my security deposit fee for some invalid reasons. I get a cleaning fee and such but come on keys that I already placed in the fridge for you and you wanna charge $200+ for that? Will add monthly fees that didn’t exist the last 5 months prior. The staff are disgustingly rude. Their taste in music during events is even more putrid. My elderly neighbor struggled to walk to the office to get aid and they didn’t bother calling her back. You could try calling this place day after day and they won’t pick up. White washed. Trash. Oh and their gate is always broken and they take 3+ months to fix it every time but hey it’s pretty."

"I don’t recommend this complex to anyone. We had lived here for several years. The main gate is always broken and takes them months to repair. We had a lot of troubles with our neighbors who lived upstairs. The whole building complained about them. NO ONE CARED. Police officers were coming every other day and were sending reports to the office. I called millions times to the manager she never ever called me back. We couldn’t sleep at all because of the loud unstoppable screams. We had many issues with AC. The first time it brake down, it took them the whole week to come and fix it. After it broke down again , they said “ oh that’s a nice weather outside, you can just open your windows”. Are you serious? Hispanic owned and operated community. Every weekend expect to see hundreds of Latinos celebrating something at the pool until 4am. At the end we just broke our lease because we couldn’t live here any longer! Very disappointed! We would definitely contact our lawyer. I hope the management would soon be replaced."
