"This is the best place I have lived here in Tampa. Roy, the owner, is a blessing. He is always on top of everything and is always so kind and loving to my fur baby, Jayne. He really makes the place feel like home. The property is so well kept and whenever anything needs to be fixed he’s there in minutes. The location is perfect and the community is very quiet. All my neighbors are so welcoming and respectful. I will live here as long as Roy is the owner!"
