"I recently signed my lease. I had a good experience with the leasing manager Ashley. Very pleasant and professional. Did not have a good moving experience. I’ve only been here a week. Very disappointed the apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. I completed my moving inspection. Where I noted several issues . Management advised they will take care of it. I will update my review later. Other then these issues the property and the apartment is very nice."

"This place is incredible! I’ve lived here for nearly 5 years and have really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained. It’s nice to walk outside and see plenty of trees, lakes, wildlife etc.. The units themselves are nice and modern and the appliances are good quality. You’ll sometimes hear your neighbors but that’s almost any apartment. The maintenance is incredibly fast and helpful if you need them. Summer, the Property Manager, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! They really go above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of promptly and effectively!"

"My family and I have lived here for a little over 3 years, we are very happy here as the location is excellent. Brookview at Citrus Park is perfectly located in a quiet gated area. Neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The management staff is wonderful from Ashley in the front to Summer, the manager. They are all receptive and inviting, always willing to assist in any way needed to make my family and I feel right at home. The maintenance team is amazing, on point with every request handled the same day or within 24 hours. The grounds are always well manicured and kept clean. We can't stop talking about where we live. I have been living here since early May, It was a very fast and easy process in which I enjoyed and felt great due to my husband being deployed at the time and doing this move by myself. Living in brookview has been one of the most peaceful and best moves of my life. At the time Ann helped me with the process and lead me every step of the way. Here everything is amazing, the peace, the scenery, your neighbors are great! upscale living at its finest. Even the maintenance team are incredible. 2 pools and a beautiful gym, for cycling and yoga fanatics there’s a full room to namaste in. I will forever recommend living here to anyone in doubt."
