"I've been here 6yrs. Each year management and maintenance gets better. Ashley, thank you for your help. My questions are answered, maintenance is prompt. Even my call at 10 pm. I got a person not a voice mail. THANK YOU"
"I lived at this community for over two years, and it has one of the worst management teams I have ever seen. They severely lack compassion and do not care about their residents, everything is a transaction to them. They will find a way to charge you extra fees in any way they can. The community is sub-par, and honestly requires a lot of renovations, so it's not really worth your money. The only advantage is the location, but there are a lot of other great options in the area. Just thought I'd share my experience, in the hopes it can help someone in the future :)"
"You need to absolutely run. If you are reading this right now take it as a sign to not lease here. It seems nice until you sign the papers to move in. That’s when the problems begin. Roaches in my apartment despite it being clean constant added random bills, mostly importantly black mold which I had a professional confirm and my 4 year old was getting more and more sick. The office staff was atrocious. The AC was constantly broken and running so my bills for a 3 bedroom were over $600 and I’m not exaggerating. Even the energy company said that this apartment complex has these issues and keeps faulty ACs. I had to prove this through a lawyer and go through hoops for Mallory Square to pay me back. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I moved out the next year because there was no way in the world I would renew.. they sent me a bill for $3000 for a full carpet replacement and sent it to my credit! I left my apartment in pristine condition. Upon talking to past neighbors this is something that they do to make money and people are being charged the second they don’t renew. Please do not fall into this trap, you will end up over your head in bills with the fees, dealing with bugs even though you’re clean, poor ma intense and unfair charges once you don’t renew. Run. Kerri Santos the community manager is one of the lowest and disrespectful people I’ve ever dealt with, she was the main source of communication with all of this and the one who sent the faulty fees. Rent from anywhere else in the area, this was a year of hell for me and many others."
"I will say, this has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in tampa. Sunsets are amazing (I don’t get tired of the views) and the community is great. Everything is walking distance and very close to the airport, downtown and the beach. I love it!"
"I lived here for almost a year and it was wonderful. The ladies in the office were great, maintenance was always quick and the complex was absolutely gorgeous. My apartment was a 2 bedroom on the third floor towards the back of the complex. It was pretty quiet and probably one of the best apartments I've lived in. It was literally across the street from a Super Target, Planet Smoothie, TGI Fridays and several other stores and restaurants. It was also within walking distance of the Tampa Bay Trail which many people biked every weekend."
