Barely answer the phone and with a lot of aptitude, then for any question that I asked they answer: "look at the website" they probably don't know much about the properties or just don't want to take the time to provide quality customer service. I did the research and looked at the website, called again to find out that the information on the website is inaccurate. Conclusion: I am using another management company."
