Regal Palms Resort

"We recently had a disappointing experience at Regal Palms resort, which we booked through the Furnished Finder app. While the owner of the property we booked was accommodating, our primary issues stemmed from the behavior of the resort staff. The staff members were notably unfriendly, and when issues arose, they were quick to deflect blame. One significant issue was the unclear parking situation. Our car was towed without warning, resulting in a disruptive 6:30 AM wake-up call due to our car alarm sounding. Despite quiet hours being from 10 PM to 7 AM, the resort staff claimed they had posted a notice on our car at 2 AM, providing the required two-hour notice before towing. However, as we were asleep during this time, we were unaware of the situation until it was too late. The hasty decision to tow our car in the middle of the night seemed unnecessary and lacked consideration for guests' vacation experiences. A simple notice would have sufficed to rectify the parking issue without disrupting our vacation. It's important for a vacation resort to handle such situations with more sensitivity, as having a car towed can significantly impact someone's holiday. It's doubtful that the resort intends to ruin guests' vacations, but their approach to handling these matters could certainly be improved."

"The town house is ok. There are flaws and minor things that could be fixed due to how much they charge. But my biggest issue is we are getting charged 20$ a day for amenities that aren't even available. We shouldn't have to pay for things that we can't even use. The lazy river was the major reason we chose this place and it's down the whole time of our stay. They didn't tell us about it being down until after I couldn't get a refund. The hot tubs are also down and all they have to say about it us sorry for the inconvenience. That is unexptable. I would not recommend this resort to anyone."

"Very mixed bag of feelings with this resort. This is the second time we have stayed here and I don't think we will stay again. Price is ok, but there was a lot wrong in our house. A sink leaked, a toilet continuously ran, half the lights flickered, the screen door was broken and a makeshift lock put on it, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 3 bathroom house, one room had no cable box, furniture was old and tattered, grout was coming up in a lot of places, it was just not very good. The workers were very nice, the pool area is very nice. The arcade is a joke. Over priced, half the machines were breaking, and prizes were worthless and unobtainable... Food at the restaurant was 5/5 but way too over priced. $18 for a pretzel with extra cheese... During our stay, our key wristbands just randomly stopped working and we couldn't get it. It is also 30 minutes from the Disney parks..."

"We've stayed here many times. Each condo is individually owned by different people, but the resort is always fantastic. Water slide, two pools, two hot tubs, lazy river, sauna, steam room, fitness center, spa center, arcade, ice cream parlor, pool side bar and restaurant with indoor seating as well. There's a reason we keep coming back!"

"Overall experience was wonderful! We were supposed to have a 3 br/2 bath but ended up in a 4 br/3bath! Condo was clean, amenities were great, and the staff was amazing! Close to the theme parks, great dining, and anything else you could want."
