"We absolutely loved our stay! The gate attendant was very pleasant & helpful, the girl at the front desk was very nice & helpful as well, and the Tradewinds bar/pool area was beautiful!"

"The customer service from this location leaves much to be desired. When we arrived our shower was broken and remained broken for the duration of our week long stay. They prefer texting as the best form of communication and I can’t get a call or a message back no matter how hard I try. Everything else was pretty average, but the lack of customer service will be the only thing we think of when we hear Bahama Bay Resort and Grand Welcome Orlando. We will not be staying here again."

"Weekend stay with family. Had noisy neighbors until midnight below. They were evicted the day before we left. Our condo was kind of dated in need of some updates. Shower water controls very funky!!! Great pools and activities!!"

"Great resort community near to Disney World but out of the traffic mess. Large 2- and 3-bedroom condos on beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 ponds. Nice clubhouse, on-site restaurant/bar, 3 pools with hot tubs, fitness room, tennis/pickleball court and splash pad. Plenty of free parking. Note that there are no elevators to the second and third floors. Gated property with security. Note that although this property is managed by VACASA, every condo is privately owned and not every unit subscribes to the on-site management maintenance program. Investigate carefully the specific unit you area thinking about renting - this is not a hotel where every room is the same and you can call the front desk with issues (ie., like your A/C isn't working or your toilet won't flush). Our unit for this stay was not on the maintenance program and had some mechanical issues which were not fixed during our stay despite contacting the private management company as instructed. Most units have full kitchens (with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, limited cookware), 2 baths, washer/dryer, screened-in patio or balcony, Wi-Fi, cable TV, bed linens and towels. Note that the Tradewinds on-site restaurant/bar only has patio service since COVID."

"I’ve been visiting this place for the past 10 yrs & I was very pleased with rooms & staff….BUT this particular stay in BLDG 13- 505 was terrible, we asked for a 2 bedroom they gave us a kiddie room with terrible twin beds. The pillows were stained yellow dirty looking, comforter cover was full of hairs & Dirty. Toilet seat cover was old and dirty looking. Rug was old and dirty everything about this unit was awful & front desk personnel lost in space!!! Owners & management need to do a better job on keeping units clean & up-to date."
