The upscale apartment building boasts a prime location for anything and everything you could ask for in Downtown St. Petersburg. The entire building is wonderfully decorated. The units are intelligently designed and exquisitely furnished. Ascent offers a wide array of luxurious amenities. There are always engaging activities and fun events offered at Ascent that bring the community together. Ascent consistently offers a number of excellent events in-house, including a Fresh Market, where fresh fruits, vegetables, and quality meats are offered by local vendors to the residents, and at a very reasonable cost. Every aspect of Ascent living is executed with intentional excellence. It is a wonderful community and next level living. My leasing agent was Juan Munoz and is 100% why I ultimately chose Ascent, and among the innumerable reasons why it’s such a great place to live.
