"I’ve been a tenant for almost two years. My main issue is rodents. I’ve been hearing them in the walls since I lived here, but for the past couple months a big rat has been getting into my apartment. I put in request for pest control to resolve the issue, at least 4 times for this issue and pest control has come out once. Now there’s a decomposed mouse hanging from my vent. This is becoming a safety concern for me health. As you can see in the photos , my kitchen is clean but I still have to deal with this. The issue with rats in my apartment and rodents in the walls needs to be resolved asap."
"One star is not even low enough. Don’t waste your time moving here unless you want your items being destroyed & not being covered by renters insurance that we are being forced to pay which only covers the property & not your items within the home that’s being destroyed by mildew. I’ve been told other tenants are having the same issue & I am sure they’re being promised a specialist will come & I still have yet to see one. Maintenance comes to spray mildew killer/bleach which doesn’t resolve the issue. I’ve thrown away so many items that will not be replaced by the company. I’ve sent numerous emails to speak to the property manager about being moved until my lease is up or requesting a mutual lease termination agreement & haven’t received one response even to apologize for the inconvenience. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! When you have a serious issue it won’t be resolved. Renovations have not been completed in years. The company painted over years of filth, outside only!! When you move nothing is being replaced, only the walls are being painted over whatever hazardous conditions that maybe present. There’s always an issue with the water pipes which causes your water to be shut off a minimum of once a week. Old appliances will not be replaced unless broken. Don’t be fooled by the appearance near the leasing office take time to ride around the entire complex! It’s filthy! From the outside you can tell nothing is being fixed. I could write a book about my horrible experience here! Please don't walk but run!! Not to mention there’s no cameras on the property not to long ago I dealt with a hit & run with my vehicle. The one camera at the front entrance is for show as well as the security that’s suppose to circle the complex. The money but into the security cars should’ve been used for something that’s actually being used. All amendments that we’re promised is always being closed for maintenance upgrades which I have yet to see!! Pool, tennis court & laundry room! Etc! Update: The property manager Jill & Courtney is NO help! They act as if they’re unaware of the mold & mildew issue when there’s multiple lawsuits pending against them for this exact reason. They do not respond via numerous emails & act as if the issue is unimportant. All of my property has been destroyed & they took my deposit & expect me to pay 2 months of rent for leaving due to safety concerns. I was told a specialist came but I was promised for about 3 weeks one would show & did not! I don’t believe a specialist ever came because I couldn’t get anyone to come while there only maintenance workers that already confirmed they’re not specialized to resolve the matter. Nor did I receive documentation stating what was in the home that I was breathing for who knows how long & destroyed my property. Property insurance that we’re forced to pay only covers the property & not personal items per insurance company. Over $5,000 - $10,000 of my personal items gone! I have sent several pictures of mold/mildew plus loss items which has been ignored. They informed my new landlord negative information about me when I paid my rent every month on time for 3 years with no hassle. They failed to mention the reason for leaving. I was also informed other tenants is having the same issue, as we can see from reading reviews. I was homeless for two weeks due to this situation & they do not have any care in the world. I bet if we switched places they would. No compassion or empathy for the situation tenants are put through. People are still being manipulated & moving into hazardous conditions, forced to stay for a year knowing this place is inhabitable. If I can save/stop anyone else from getting baited that’s my goal."
"Moses, Maintenance Supervisor, not only KNOWS his craft, he does it thoroughly, so he doesn't have to come back. He repaired my patio door and replaced the screen patio door as well. He did a great job! He's very precise on his work. He understands communication (proper) is key. He's also very friendly and courteous. Thanks Moses, you made my daily life easier."
"What a nice place!! The staff here is so kind and will go out of their way to help you get into your dream home. We were needing a place quick and they got us approved within 24hrs. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. Jackie, Evan. Christian you are the best!! Thanks for everything! Can't wait for Nov 1st to call this our home!!"
"Very nice property. Beautiful views. The office was prompt in answering our request for a showing and during our visit we were given everything we needed to know and more. Very helpful. Both the leasing office and the grounds had a good vibe of positive energy. The units themselves are affordable and very spacious. We toured a 2/2 as that's what we're looking for. So far, in the way of staff, grounds, space and overall impression, The Reserve at Lake Point is definitely top of our list. I would recommend giving this community a look if you're in the market for a new place to call home."
