"It’s not horrible here but hopefully me writing this review will send a message to the staff. There has never been one time I have ever walked in that front office and there weren’t at least 1-3 people working so for the life of me I cannot seem to understand why no one answers the phone. Do you guys just sit in there and watch the phone ring? I don’t have a car and I live all the way in the back of the community. I don’t want to walk down there every time I need to speak with someone. Please be better about answering the phones."

"I can't wait to move out. This place is ghetto as hell. Apartments are over 1.5k but maintenance doesn't come, appliances are old. Ac always has problems. Neighbors are disrespectful and litter constantly. 3 broken windows in one building that went on for weeks. Covered with black garbage bags until fixed. I've seen a condom on the sidewalk before. Kids live here, man. Sad as hell. Edit: Everything is still the same, although I'm noticing there's a bunch of positive reviews that aren't telling the truth. Don't move here, man. The rent is way too high and it's just awful living here. I'm pretty sure those positive reviews that suddenly showed up were bought because most of the accounts don't have any reviews anywhere else. Live literally anywhere else. There's always signs in front trying to convince people to move in because almost everyone is moving out."

The maintenance team responds promptly and efficiently to any requests for maintenance assistance. Additionally, the office staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating."
