"I absolutely love living here. The staff is always kind and helpful. You can tell they all work extremely hard and care about their job. Calls and e-mails are responded to quickly. The manager is very understanding and easy to talk to. The neighborhood is consistently clean and well kept. They do different activities and giveaways throughout the year. It was such a nice surprise when my family won a turkey a few years back.Being able to live here with my children has been the hugest blessing!"

"The park is fun and the trails are even better. I love it here i been living here since i was a new born baby and now im here again and it's ten times better. You can walk around or behind the apartments to explore different sections. The rainbow park is exciting hang around. Laurel Villas is a very clean community and pet friendly. We have routine inspection so that maintenance can fix or replace things. We get updates about new events and ongoing events. The staff and supervisor of the complex are fantastic."

"The total disregard for the process of entry. I had witnessed individuals whom weren't on the waiting list get an apartment, before myself who had been on the list for 4 years. Then to have a letter stating I wasn't on the list. They play games with individuals lives whom are in need, yet allowed fellow church members entry without hesitation. Reason why they had been reported to Housing authority."

"People throw there full trash bags and rotten food in the woods across the street behind the 500 building of enclave. Park on the side of the road where there's 10 no parking signs at any time."
